At Zenvibez, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, cables, and components (for electrical products) must be included

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

For books:
Books must be returned unused, unread, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for books that show visible signs of use, damage, or wear.

For electrical massage products:
Massage devices must be unused and not show signs of wear or hygiene-related use. For health and safety reasons, products that have been used directly on the body may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return address: Check your packaging or order receipt. 

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at its.zenvibez@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

For electrical massage products:
If the device is faulty or not functioning properly, we may request photos or videos to assess the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used electrical massage devices (for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective)

  • Opened or visibly used books

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request and complete a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • All components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, electrical massage devices that have been unsealed and used may not be eligible for return under EU law unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
